Comply T-400 Isolation Earphone Tips – They are a fiddle to put on and look terrible and squashed when you fit them but don’t panic

Really good upgrade compared to the crap you get with most headphones. Still not as good as diy ones made out of softer foam earplugs, but a lot less hassle. Recommended for their effect, but they’re pricey for what they are.

These are perfect for isolating outside noise when using earphones. Very simple to use, albeit a bit fiddly to install onto earphones as the foam squashes as you’re trying to get them on. In use they are very effective but lifespan depends on how often you use them. Lasted about a year before the foam started to deteriorate. Pricey for what they are, but they are effective.

I recently bought a pair of monster turbines and was impressed with the sound using the standard silicone rubber tips. But they are heavy earphones and wouldn’t stay in my ear properly, with a marked reduction in sound quality as they slowly fell out of my ear. I tried a set of the comply tips and the difference is just amazing. Not only is the sound quality massively improved, with clearer sounds and any deep bass now makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end, but they also sit properly in my ear and don’t fall out as i walk to work or travel on trains. Previously they needed regular adjustment. They are now ‘fit and forget’ items. If you have a quality set of earphones, then give these puppies a try.I would never go back to the silicone rubber ones now.

I was surprised, this is actually a really good buy. Replace your buds, squash up, insert and you’ve got a great secure fit. I’d recommend getting the larger sized tips. My friend (who has the medium ones) has to hold them in place while they expand.

Provide the very best experience – but limited lifespan. In terms of function, these are superb. It’s absolutely astounding how a simple pair of tips can change the performance of the earphones entirely. I’ve tried different kinds of of earphone tip; the stock rubber/silicon tips that come with most pairs, “marshmallow” foam tips and even recently tried something that’s a bit of cheap “rip-off” of these comply tips. But nothing comes close to the seal, isolation and comfort you get with the comply tips. You forget they’re in your ears. They expand inside your ears and create a seal so that everything is clearer; bass is more pronounced and the outside world is barely audible even with nothing playing. If you listen to music more than casually – and you have a decent pair of earphones – these will, quite simply, boost their performance considerably. The downside of these is the price. It’s £15 for three pairs which makes them £5 a pair.

They’re:- light- comfortable- they filter out the external noise really goodthe only dowsnside is that they’re become hard over time, but that’s because if the humidity, i suppose, but – hello, for that price?. I’m going to buy another set.
